Bu sistemlerde planlama, tasarım, &ccedil;evresel etkiler, iş&ccedil;ilik, yağış koşulları gibi fakt&ouml;rlere bağlı olarak arızalar meydana gelmektedir. Arızalara zamanında m&uuml;dahale edilmezse sistem de teknik aksaklıklar meydana gelebilmekte hatta can ve mal kayıplarına yol a&ccedil;abilecek sonu&ccedil;lar ortaya &ccedil;ıkabilmektedir. Bu nedenle bu sistemlerde oluşan arızaların analiz edilmesi ve uygun &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m yollarının belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu &ccedil;alışmada, Kayseri ili Kocasinan, Melikgazi ve Talas il&ccedil;eleri &ccedil;alışma alanı olarak belirlenmiştir. &Ccedil;alışma, bu il&ccedil;elerde bulunan 92 mahallede 01.01.2020-31.08.2022 tarihleri arasında meydana gelen arızaların detaylı bir analizi sunulmuştur. Bu kapsamda 903 mek&acirc;nsal &ouml;zelliğe sahip arıza verisi; boru malzemesi, boru &ccedil;apı ve arıza nedenine g&ouml;re alt kategorilerde incelenmiştir. İl&ccedil;elere g&ouml;re toplam arıza sayısı belirlenerek, arızaların zamansal &ouml;zellikleri de analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca arıza verilerinin yoğunluğunun g&ouml;rselleştirilmesi amacıyla Arc- GIS 10.5&rsquo;de Kernel yoğunluk haritaları oluşturulmuştur. &Ccedil;alışma sonucunda en fazla arızanın PVC borularda meydana geldiği belirlenmiştir. Boru &ccedil;apına g&ouml;re en fazla arıza 150 mm &ccedil;apa sahip borularda ger&ccedil;ekleşmiştir. Arızalar en &ccedil;ok hat ve bacaların dolmasıyla meydana gelmiştir.
