Bu sistemlerde planlama, tasar\u0131m, çevresel etkiler, i\u015fçilik, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131 gibi faktörlere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ar\u0131zalar meydana gelmektedir. Ar\u0131zalara zaman\u0131nda müdahale edilmezse sistem de teknik aksakl\u0131klar meydana gelebilmekte hatta can ve mal kay\u0131plar\u0131na yol açabilecek sonuçlar ortaya ç\u0131kabilmektedir. Bu nedenle bu sistemlerde olu\u015fan ar\u0131zalar\u0131n analiz edilmesi ve uygun çözüm yollar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çal\u0131\u015fmada, Kayseri ili Kocasinan, Melikgazi ve Talas ilçeleri çal\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Çal\u0131\u015fma, bu ilçelerde bulunan 92 mahallede 01.01.2020-31.08.2022 tarihleri aras\u0131nda meydana gelen ar\u0131zalar\u0131n detayl\u0131 bir analizi sunulmu\u015ftur. Bu kapsamda 903 mekânsal özelli\u011fe sahip ar\u0131za verisi; boru malzemesi, boru çap\u0131 ve ar\u0131za nedenine göre alt kategorilerde incelenmi\u015ftir. \u0130lçelere göre toplam ar\u0131za say\u0131s\u0131 belirlenerek, ar\u0131zalar\u0131n zamansal özellikleri de analiz edilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca ar\u0131za verilerinin yo\u011funlu\u011funun görselle\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla Arc- GIS 10.5’de Kernel yo\u011funluk haritalar\u0131 olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. Çal\u0131\u015fma sonucunda en fazla ar\u0131zan\u0131n PVC borularda meydana geldi\u011fi belirlenmi\u015ftir. Boru çap\u0131na göre en fazla ar\u0131za 150 mm çapa sahip borularda gerçekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Ar\u0131zalar en çok hat ve bacalar\u0131n dolmas\u0131yla meydana gelmi\u015ftir.
