Bu nedenle ta\u015fk\u0131nlar\u0131n verece\u011fi zarar\u0131 en aza indirmek için ya\u011f\u0131\u015f, drenaj sistemleri ile tahliye edilmesi gerekmektedir. A\u011f benzeri yap\u0131ya sahip geleneksel drenaj sistemlerinin, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, yo\u011fun kentle\u015fme gibi etkilerden dolay\u0131 zaman zaman kapasitesi ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 tahliye etmekte yeterli olmamaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle, ye\u015fil çat\u0131, ya\u011fmur hende\u011fi gibi yap\u0131larla güçlendirilen sürdürülebilir drenaj sistemleri, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131n\u0131 ve pik ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 azaltma amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu çal\u0131\u015fma Malatya ilinde mevcutta hizmet veren ya\u011fmursuyu drenaj sistemlerinin performans\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeyi amaçlamaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda, hidrodinamik modelleme yetene\u011fine sahip InfoWorks ICM yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Say\u0131sal yükseklik modeli, bina verileri ve arazi kullan\u0131m türü verileri ile model olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. Analiz, 10 y\u0131l geri dönü\u015f periyodu ve 10 dakikal\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131\u015f süresine sahip ya\u011f\u0131\u015f için gerçekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ta\u015fk\u0131n yay\u0131l\u0131m haritas\u0131 ve boru-baca kesitleri ile çal\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 için ta\u015fk\u0131n durumu analiz edilmi\u015ftir. Analiz sonucunda ya\u011fmursuyu drenaj sistemlerinin baz\u0131 bölgelerde ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u015farj edemedi\u011fi ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 bacalarda biriktirdi\u011fi görülmektedir.
