Zikredilen d&ouml;nemde d&acirc;&icirc;lerin fikirlerini yayabildi\u011fi ve entelekt&uuml;el d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nceler geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi b&ouml;lgede, \u0130sm&acirc;il&icirc;lerin g&uuml;&ccedil; kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131, baz\u0131 devlet adamlar\u0131n\u0131n onlara destek verdi\u011fi g&ouml;zlenmektedir. Bu geli\u015fim, Muhammed b. Ahmed en-Nesef&icirc; ve Eb&ucirc; H&acirc;tim er-R&acirc;z&icirc; gibi d&acirc;&icirc;lerin Sicist&acirc;n&icirc;&#39;ye hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r bir miras b\u0131rakmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &Ouml;te yandan yine bu d&ouml;nemde, mistik &ouml;geler bar\u0131nd\u0131ran \u0130sm&acirc;il&icirc;lik Yeni Efl&acirc;tuncu etkilerle bir felsef&icirc; d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015f&uuml;m ge&ccedil;irmi\u015ftir. S&ouml;z konusu d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015f&uuml;m&uuml;n mimarlar\u0131 Muhammed b. Ahmed en-Nesef&icirc; ve &ouml;\u011frencisi Sicist&acirc;n&icirc;&#39;dir. Nesef&icirc;&#39;nin eserleri g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;ze ula\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, Yeni Efl&acirc;tuncu \u0130sm&acirc;il&icirc;li\u011fin izleri, Sicist&acirc;n&icirc; &uuml;zerinden s&uuml;r&uuml;lmektedir. Bu &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131, \u0130sm&acirc;il&icirc; d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ncedeki Yeni Efl&acirc;tuncu etkilerin g&uuml;n y&uuml;z&uuml;ne &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131lma &ccedil;abalar\u0131na bir katk\u0131 sunmakt\u0131r. Sicist&acirc;n&icirc;&#39;nin eserlerindeki Yeni Efl&acirc;tuncu &ouml;gelere odaklanan &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma, Plotinus&#39;tan yo\u011fun etkiler bar\u0131nd\u0131ran Tanr\u0131 ve &acirc;lem g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fleriyle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &Ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma giri\u015f ve &uuml;&ccedil; b&ouml;l&uuml;mden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Giri\u015f b&ouml;l&uuml;m&uuml;n&uuml;n ilk k\u0131sm\u0131 metodolojik &ccedil;er&ccedil;eveye ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n konusu, amac\u0131, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, y&ouml;ntemi ve &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmada kullan\u0131lan baz\u0131 terimlere de\u011finilmi\u015ftir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131 ve Sicist&acirc;n&icirc; hakk\u0131ndaki literat&uuml;r de\u011ferlendirilmesi de bu k\u0131s\u0131mda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bu k\u0131s\u0131mda Sicist&acirc;n&icirc;&#39;nin d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nce d&uuml;nyas\u0131ndaki Yeni Efl&acirc;tuncu etkiler genel hatlar\u0131yla &ouml;zetlenmeye &ccedil;al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tenzihin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bir &ouml;rne\u011fini sergileyen m&uuml;ellifin g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fleri Plotinus&#39;un benzer g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, aradaki benzerlik ve farkl\u0131l\u0131klar tespit edilmeye &ccedil;al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
