{ "DOI": "10.1002/elan.202100271", "abstract": "In this research, an electrochemical enzymatic biosensor system for sensitive and selective catechol detection was developed with using boric acid substituted Polyaniline film coated two different electrodes; gold screen-printed electrode and glassy carbon electrode. Electropolymerization of 3-aminophenylboronic acid is carried out through various electropolymerization conditions, and the best conditions for biosensors systems are concluded. The developed tyrosinase enzyme-based biosensor system is used for the determination of catechol. The limit of detections(LOD) of the developed biosensor was 0.25 mu M and 1.8 mu M with Au SPE and GCE systems, respectively.
