Kabul edilen g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f toplumun e\u011fitim seviyesi artt\u0131k&ccedil;a demokrasinin daha yayg\u0131n ve uygulanabilir oldu\u011fudur. Yine bu nedenledir ki tarih boyunca ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kan otoriter rejimler, kendi iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve halk\u0131 \u015fekillendirmek amac\u0131yla <strong><em>&lsquo;toplum m&uuml;hendisli\u011fi&rsquo;</em></strong> y&ouml;ntemine ba\u015fvurmu\u015flard\u0131r.</p>\n\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Throughout history, from the city-states of the early ages to today&#39;s modern society, there has been a linear proportionality between the level of education and development level of the society and the power of democracy. The accepted view is that as the education level of the society increases, democracy becomes more widespread and applicable. It is also for this reason that authoritarian regimes that have emerged throughout history have resorted to the method of <strong>&quot;social engineering&quot;</strong> in order to ensure the continuity of their power and shape the people.</p>",
