Ara\u015ft\u0131rma nicel desenle y&uuml;r&uuml;t&uuml;len ili\u015fkisel tarama modelinde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Se&ccedil;kisiz &ouml;rnekleme y&ouml;ntemi ile belirlenen ara\u015ft\u0131rma &ouml;rneklemini 2018-2019 E\u011fitim &Ouml;\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015eanl\u0131urfa ili Haliliye il&ccedil;esinde bulunan ilkokul ve ortaokullarda g&ouml;rev yapan toplam 200 &ouml;\u011fretmen olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. &Ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lan 200 &ouml;\u011fretmenin %53&rsquo;&uuml; (106) kad\u0131n, %47&rsquo;si (94) ise erkektir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma verilerinin toplanmas\u0131nda Liu, Hallinger ve Feng (2016) taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilip T&uuml;rk&ccedil;e g&uuml;venirlik ve ge&ccedil;erlik &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 G&uuml;m&uuml;\u015f, Apayd\u0131n ve Belliba\u015f (2018) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan &ldquo;&Ouml;\u011fretmen Mesleki &Ouml;\u011frenme &Ouml;l&ccedil;e\u011fi (&Ouml;M&Ouml;&Ouml;)&rdquo; ve U\u011furlu ile Usta (2016) taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen &ldquo;Denetim Tutum &Ouml;l&ccedil;e\u011fi (DT&Ouml;)&rdquo; kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 24 program\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde frekans, y&uuml;zde, standart sapma, aritmetik ortalama gibi betimleyici istatistiklerle beraber Mann-Whitney U Testi, Kruskal Wallis H Testi, ANOVA ve Spearman Korelasyon Analizi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin mesleki &ouml;\u011frenmelerinin geneline ve alt boyutlar\u0131 olan i\u015fbirli\u011fi, yans\u0131tma, uygulama ile bilgi taban\u0131na ula\u015fmaya ait ortalaman\u0131n &ldquo;y&uuml;ksek&rdquo; d&uuml;zeyde oldu\u011fu sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Cinsiyet ve e\u011fitim durumu de\u011fi\u015fkenlerine g&ouml;re &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin mesleki &ouml;\u011frenmelerinin geneli aras\u0131nda anlaml\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131k g&ouml;zlenirken; mesleki k\u0131dem ve g&ouml;rev yap\u0131lan kurum t&uuml;r&uuml; de\u011fi\u015fkenlerine g&ouml;re &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin mesleki &ouml;\u011frenmelerinin geneli aras\u0131nda anlaml\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131k ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &Ouml;\u011fretmenlerin denetime ili\u015fkin tutum puanlar\u0131n\u0131n geneli ile mesleki &ouml;\u011frenme puanlar\u0131n\u0131n geneli aras\u0131nda pozitif y&ouml;nde orta d&uuml;zeyde anlaml\u0131 bir ili\u015fki ortaya &ccedil;\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (r=0,416; p&lt;0,01).</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
