Nitzschia brevissima, Nitzschia capitellata, Nitzschia umbonata, Nitzschia palea, Nitzschia dissipata ve Navicula cryptocephala gibi kirlilik tolere edebilen t&uuml;rler, EC ve PO4 ile yak\u0131n ili\u015fkilere sahiptir ve Joi Injil ve Karbar akarsular\u0131 ile b&uuml;t&uuml;nle\u015fmi\u015ftir. &Ouml;rnekleme istasyonlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda &ouml;zellikle Hari Rud Nehri S1 ve S2, Cymbella excisa, Achnantidium minutissimum, Diatoma moniliformis, Cymbella affinis ve Meridion circulare gibi kirlilik duyarl\u0131 diatom t&uuml;rlerini sergilemektedir.
