The amplitude of AC field, H (ac) , intergranular first critical field, H (1cJ) , and minimum field required for the magnetization of specimen as a whole, H (au), were determined and a special coil design has been presented. The results reveal that the second harmonic signal varies linearly with the applied DC field in the -0.1 Oe to 0.1 Oe range. Additionally, detection of ultra-low DC fields as small as 5 nT has been achieved. Repeatability and reproducibility tests were performed and the resultant data have been found to be consistent. In the light of our study, a commercial magnetometer can be produced to be utilized in successful detection of very low magnetic fields.</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="650" ind1="1" ind2="7"> <subfield code="2">opendefinition.org</subfield> <subfield code="a">cc-by</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">TUBITAK UME Natl Metrol Inst, TR-41470 Gebze, Kocaeli, Turkey</subfield> <subfield code="a">Alikma, Fatma</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">TUBITAK UME Natl Metrol Inst, TR-41470 Gebze, Kocaeli, Turkey</subfield> <subfield code="a">Birlikseven, Cengiz</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="980" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="b">article</subfield> <subfield code="a">publication</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="542" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="l">open</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="100" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">TUBITAK UME Natl Metrol Inst, TR-41470 Gebze, Kocaeli, Turkey</subfield> <subfield code="a">Topal, Ugur</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="260" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="c">2012-01-01</subfield> </datafield> <controlfield tag="005">20210316120203.0</controlfield> <datafield tag="909" ind1="C" ind2="O"> <subfield code="o">oai:zenodo.org:91107</subfield> <subfield code="p">user-tubitak-adresli-yayinlar</subfield> <subfield code="p">user-tubitak-destekli-proje-yayinlari</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2=" "> <subfield code="z">md5:3b051cb3cca3ac01e4451a8a9ef0eba5</subfield> <subfield code="s">182</subfield> <subfield code="u">https://aperta.ulakbim.gov.trrecord/91107/files/bib-2a41a823-0884-4e9e-a419-58e64dfbd702.txt</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="540" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">http://www.opendefinition.org/licenses/cc-by</subfield> <subfield code="a">Creative Commons Attribution</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="024" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">10.1007/s10948-011-1393-0</subfield> <subfield code="2">doi</subfield> </datafield> </record>
