Total flavonol contents of O. onites were found between 790.52 mgRE/g (U5) to 1250.63 mg RE/g (U3). Antiradical activity values ranged from 624.83 IC50 = mg/ml (U3) to 1080.16 IC50 = mg/ml (S3). Antioxidant capacity values of O. onites were found between 105.18 mgAAE/g (U5) to 161.71 mgAAE/g (U3). Total phenolic substance amount determined 54.57-141.80 mg GAE/g, and ultrasonic water bath device application acetone: water: acetic acid solvent mixture were determined as the most successful extraction. U3 application determined as the most successful application for total flavonoid amount routine equivalent.</description> </descriptions> </resource>
