Challenges related to&nbsp;<br>\nstandardization, clinical validation, and regulatory considerations are identified as critical areas for future&nbsp;<br>\nresearch. Ultimately, integrating A. platensis into family medicine practice could enhance patient<br>\ncentered care through preventive and complementary health strategies.</p>",
