&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tarih boyunca, ilk &amp;ccedil;ağların şehir devletlerinden g&amp;uuml;n&amp;uuml;m&amp;uuml;z modern toplumuna kadar, toplumun eğitim ve gelişmişlik d&amp;uuml;zeyi ile demokrasinin uygulanma g&amp;uuml;c&amp;uuml; arasında doğrusal bir orantı olagelmiştir. Kabul edilen g&amp;ouml;r&amp;uuml;ş toplumun eğitim seviyesi arttık&amp;ccedil;a demokrasinin daha yaygın ve uygulanabilir olduğudur. Yine bu nedenledir ki tarih boyunca ortaya &amp;ccedil;ıkan otoriter rejimler, kendi iktidarlarının devamlılığını sağlamak ve halkı şekillendirmek amacıyla &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;lsquo;toplum m&amp;uuml;hendisliği&amp;rsquo;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; y&amp;ouml;ntemine başvurmuşlardır.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ABSTRACT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Throughout history, from the city-states of the early ages to today&amp;#39;s modern society, there has been a linear proportionality between the level of education and development level of the society and the power of democracy. The accepted view is that as the education level of the society increases, democracy becomes more widespread and applicable. It is also for this reason that authoritarian regimes that have emerged throughout history have resorted to the method of &lt;strong&gt;&amp;quot;social engineering&amp;quot;&lt;/strong&gt; in order to ensure the continuity of their power and shape the people.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
