The TR imaging theory is based on the singular value decomposition (SVD) of the multistatic data. For ultrawidehand signals, high resolution images can be constructed by using the conventional TR algorithms, but a frequency -dependent and uncontrollable phase sos v (omega) that comes from SVD adversely affects the locations of the scatterers on the TR image. In this letter, estimation of the locations and amplitudes of point scatterers by applying the generalized pencil of function method to the K(omega) is introduced. As our method does not directly rely on SVD, the results are devoid of corruptions induced by cpv D (w), and the locations of the point scatters are predicted with high accuracy in both range and cross-range directions above 10 dB signal-to-noise ratio value. The efficacy of the introduced method is verified by both numerical and measured examples.</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="650" ind1="1" ind2="7"> <subfield code="2">opendefinition.org</subfield> <subfield code="a">cc-by</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">Gebze Inst Technol, Dept Elect Engn, TR-41400 Gebze, Turkey</subfield> <subfield code="a">Ergin, Ahmet Arif</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="980" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="b">article</subfield> <subfield code="a">publication</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="542" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="l">open</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="100" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">TUBITAK Bilgi Guvenligi Ileri Teknol Arastirma Me, Inst Informat Technol, TR-41470 Kocaeli, Turkey</subfield> <subfield code="a">Nazli, Hakki</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="260" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="c">2017-01-01</subfield> </datafield> <controlfield tag="005">20210316135656.0</controlfield> <datafield tag="909" ind1="C" ind2="O"> <subfield code="o">oai:zenodo.org:98365</subfield> <subfield code="p">user-tubitak-adresli-yayinlar</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2=" "> <subfield code="z">md5:1705095e743cde44821f33dbeaa2c365</subfield> <subfield code="s">181</subfield> <subfield code="u">https://aperta.ulakbim.gov.trrecord/98365/files/bib-28519ea9-9d7a-49e8-8b2c-6b6f8f699970.txt</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="540" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">http://www.opendefinition.org/licenses/cc-by</subfield> <subfield code="a">Creative Commons Attribution</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="024" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">10.1109/LAWP.2017.2763959</subfield> <subfield code="2">doi</subfield> </datafield> </record>
