Bieb. were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS). The main components in the berries of J. excelsa, accounting for 56.1% of the oil, were determined as alpha-pinene (34.0%), cedrol (12.3%), L-verbenol (5.4%), and D-verbenol (4.4%) while in the leaves of J. excelsa, accounting for 63.2% of the oil, were found to be alpha-pinen (29.7%), cedrol (25.3%), alpha-muurolene (4.4%), and 3-carene (3.8%). Cytotoxic and antimicrobial potential of the berries and leaves of J. excelsa were investigated.</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="650" ind1="1" ind2="7"> <subfield code="2">opendefinition.org</subfield> <subfield code="a">cc-by</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Goren, AC</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Bilsel, G</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Bilsel, M</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Cakmak, O</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Schilling, J</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Kingston, DGI</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="980" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="b">article</subfield> <subfield code="a">publication</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="542" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="l">open</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="100" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Topcu, G</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="260" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="c">2005-01-01</subfield> </datafield> <controlfield tag="005">20210316132201.0</controlfield> <datafield tag="909" ind1="C" ind2="O"> <subfield code="o">oai:zenodo.org:95891</subfield> <subfield code="p">user-tubitak-adresli-yayinlar</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2=" "> <subfield code="z">md5:ca54abb7df6cf5ac11f5cb9866f79f3b</subfield> <subfield code="s">227</subfield> <subfield code="u">https://aperta.ulakbim.gov.trrecord/95891/files/bib-427cb1b1-be0e-4d0f-8722-f82b7ae846e1.txt</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="540" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">http://www.opendefinition.org/licenses/cc-by</subfield> <subfield code="a">Creative Commons Attribution</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="024" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">10.1080/13880200590919429</subfield> <subfield code="2">doi</subfield> </datafield> </record>
