The climate of the last glacial was cold and dry, indicated by low arboreal pollen (AP) levels. The driest and coldest period corresponds to Marine Isotope Stage (MIS) 2 (similar to 28-14.5 ka BP), which was dominated by highest values of xerophytic steppe vegetation.</dc:description> <dc:identifier>https://aperta.ulakbim.gov.trrecord/81155</dc:identifier> <dc:identifier>oai:zenodo.org:81155</dc:identifier> <dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights> <dc:rights>http://www.opendefinition.org/licenses/cc-by</dc:rights> <dc:source>CLIMATE OF THE PAST 11(11) 1491-1505</dc:source> <dc:title>Abrupt climate and vegetation variability of eastern Anatolia during the last glacial</dc:title> <dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type> <dc:type>publication-article</dc:type> </oai_dc:dc>
