Naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin, rutin as prominent flavonoids; tr-ferulic and gallic acids as dominant phenolic acids were quantified. Furthermore 26 different (d-limonene, furfural, 3-methylbutanal etc.) volatile aromatics were determined.
