The antenna operates over the entire Ku band spectrum of SatCom, which starts from 10.5 GHz to 14.5 GHz. Thus, the antenna can be used reception and transmission at the same time. Apart from gain, bandwidth and HPBW, other features such as front to back ratio, in-band gain ripple, electrical height, cross polarization ratio and physical dimensions are also discussed. To compare the antenna performance, figure-of-merits, which were defined in an earlier study, were used and comparisons made with prior work.</description> </descriptions> </resource>
