The suggested method was applied to simultaneously recorded subthalamic nucleus (STN) local field potentials (LFP) and magnetoencephalography (MEG) from fourteen Parkinson's Disease (PD) patients who underwent surgery for deep brain stimulation. Recordings were obtained during rest for both OFF and ON dopaminergic medication states. We analyzed the bilateral LFP channels that had the maximum beta power in the OFF state and the cortical sources that had the maximum coherence with the selected LFP channels in the alpha band. Our findings revealed the inherent nonlinearity in the PD data as subcortical high beta</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="650" ind1="1" ind2="7"> <subfield code="2">opendefinition.org</subfield> <subfield code="a">cc-by</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Akram, Harith</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Zrinzo, Ludvic</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Limousin, Patricia</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Foltynie, Tom</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Oswal, Ashwini</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="700" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">UCL Inst Neurol, Wellcome Trust Ctr Neuroimaging, London, England</subfield> <subfield code="a">Litvak, Vladimir</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="980" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="b">article</subfield> <subfield code="a">publication</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="542" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="l">open</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="100" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">Ozkurt, Tolga Esat</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="260" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="c">2020-01-01</subfield> </datafield> <controlfield tag="005">20210315054807.0</controlfield> <datafield tag="909" ind1="C" ind2="O"> <subfield code="o">oai:zenodo.org:3613</subfield> <subfield code="p">user-tubitak-destekli-proje-yayinlari</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2=" "> <subfield code="z">md5:266e34ffc466ea93a8a9d68e6b179880</subfield> <subfield code="s">252</subfield> <subfield code="u">https://aperta.ulakbim.gov.trrecord/3613/files/bib-59a07e6f-f016-425a-9692-554014d1e223.txt</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="540" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="u">http://www.opendefinition.org/licenses/cc-by</subfield> <subfield code="a">Creative Commons Attribution</subfield> </datafield> <datafield tag="024" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="a">10.1016/j.neuroimage.2020.117356</subfield> <subfield code="2">doi</subfield> </datafield> </record>
