Bu &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma, Alt\u0131nda\u011f (Nizip/Gaziantep) b&ouml;lgesindeki bitki floras\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek amac\u0131yla ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. 2021 ve 2023 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirilen arazi &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 neticesinde, toplamda 611 bitki &ouml;rne\u011fi toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplanan bitki &ouml;rneklerinin de\u011ferlendirilmesi sonucunda, 54 farkl\u0131 familya ve 236 cinse ait 319 t&uuml;r, 49 altt&uuml;r ve 28 varyete olmak &uuml;zere toplamda 396 takson tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131nda bask\u0131n olan ilk 5 familya \u015funlard\u0131r: Fabaceae (%12,88 oran\u0131nda 51 takson), Asteraceae (%11,62 oran\u0131nda 46 takson), Lamiaceae (%7,58 oran\u0131nda 30 takson), Apiaceae (%6,57 oran\u0131nda 26 takson) ve Poaceae (%5,30 oran\u0131nda 21 takson). Ayr\u0131ca, en yayg\u0131n olan ilk 5 cins ise s\u0131ras\u0131yla Convolvulus (%2,02 oran\u0131nda 8 takson), Trifolium (%2,02 oran\u0131nda 8 takson), Euphorbia (%1,77 oran\u0131nda 7 takson), Vicia (%1,77 oran\u0131nda 7 takson) ve Hypericum (%1,77 oran\u0131nda 7 takson) \u015feklindedir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131nda 11 endemik takson (%3) belirlenmi\u015ftir. Taksonlar\u0131n fitoco\u011frafya b&ouml;lgelerine g&ouml;re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekildedir: 96 takson (%24) \u0130ran-Turan elementi, 67 takson (%17) Akdeniz elementi ve 4 takson (%1) Avrupa-Sibirya elementi ile ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca, 228 taksonun (%58) &ccedil;ok b&ouml;lgeli ya da b&ouml;lgesel ili\u015fkisi belirlenememi\u015ftir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131nda tespit edilen 13 taksonun tehlike kategorileri \u015fu \u015fekildedir: CR (2 takson), EN (2 takson), CD (1 takson), DD (1 takson), LC (2 takson) ve VU (5 takson).</p>",
