However, the characterization of these power sensors is still a problem to be solved. In this study, the measurements performed for the identification of RF power sensors operating between 110 GHz and 170 GHz according to the thermal principle and the studies of determining the parameters of the power measurement uncertainty calculations based on these measurements are included.
