The data generation scheme builds on the base case &nbsp;that consists of uncorrelated instances&nbsp;described in&nbsp;http://home.ku.edu.tr/~moolibrary/. Here, the objective function coefficients (knapsack, assignment) &nbsp;and&nbsp; constraint coefficients (knapsack)&nbsp;&nbsp;display certain levels of positive correlation.
