The presence of the nonlinearity does not break the parity-reflection symmetry of spectral singularities but makes them amplitude dependent. Nonlinear spectral singularities are, therefore, associated with a resonance effect that produces amplified waves with a specific amplitude-wavelength profile. We explore the consequences of this phenomenon for a complex delta-function potential that is subject to a general confined nonlinearity.</dc:description> <dc:identifier>https://aperta.ulakbim.gov.trrecord/12961</dc:identifier> <dc:identifier>oai:zenodo.org:12961</dc:identifier> <dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights> <dc:rights>http://www.opendefinition.org/licenses/cc-by</dc:rights> <dc:source>PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 110(26)</dc:source> <dc:title>Nonlinear Spectral Singularities for Confined Nonlinearities</dc:title> <dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type> <dc:type>publication-article</dc:type> </oai_dc:dc>
