"abstract": "<p>Time-dependent CP violation is measured in the B0\u2192J/\u03c8\u03c0+\u03c0\u2212 channel for each \u03c0+\u03c0\u2212 resonant final state using data collected with an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb \u22121 in pp collisions using the LHCb detector. The final state with the largest rate, J/\u03c8\u03c10(770) , is used to measure the CP -violating angle 2\u03b2eff to be (41.7\u00b19.6\u22126.3+2.8)\u00b0 . This result can be used to limit the size of penguin amplitude contributions to CP violation measurements in, for example, Bs0\u2192J/\u03c8\u03d5 decays. Assuming approximate SU(3) flavour symmetry and neglecting higher order diagrams, the shift in the CP -violating phase \u03d5s is limited to be within the interval [ \u22121.05\u00b0,+1.18\u00b0 ] at 95% confidence level. Changes to the limit due to SU(3) symmetry breaking effects are also discussed.</p>",
