The form factors of ${\\gamma }^{*}N o \\Delta \\left(1600\\right)$ transition is calculated within the light-cone sum rules assuming that ${\\Delta }^{+}\\left(1600\\right)$ is the first radial excitation of $\\Delta \\left(1232\\right)$. The ${Q}^{2}$ dependence of the magnetic dipole ${\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{M}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)$, electric quadrupole ${\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{E}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)$, and Coulomb quadrupole ${\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{c}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)$ form factors are investigated. Moreover, the ${Q}^{2}$ dependence of the ratios ${R}_{\\mathrm{EM}}=-\\frac{{\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{E}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)}{{\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{M}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)}$ and ${R}_{\\mathrm{SM}}=-\\frac{1}{4{m}_{\\Delta \\left(1600\\right)}^{2}}\\sqrt{4{m}_{\\Delta \\left(1600\\right)}^{2}{Q}^{2}+\\left({m}_{\\Delta \\left(1600\\right)}^{2}-{Q}^{2}-{m}_{N}^{2}{\\right)}^{2}}\\frac{{\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{c}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)}{{\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{M}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)}$ are studied. Finally, our predictions on ${\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{M}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)$, ${\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{E}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)$, and ${\\stackrel{˜}{G}}_{C}\\left({Q}^{2}\\right)$ are compared with the results of other theoretical approaches.
",
