Description
In recent years Turkey has been losing the beauty of its night sky at a fast rate. The amount of outdoor lighting is increasing every day. University observatories at Ankara and Izmir are already irreversibly affected by light pollution. In this paper, work against light pollution in Turkey is outlined.
