Description
In a previous work, we have proposed to use a generalized Gaussian Mixture (GAP distribution for modelling the sea clutter. In this work, we analyze the performance of the proposed method for the CF4R and per non-CFAR cases. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed metho, we derive the probability of false alarm P-fa. The Cramer Rao Bound (CRB), which is used to predict the performance of a given system, is also given.
