Preliminary Planck Constant Measurements in the UME Kibble Balance

Description
This paper describes the measurement procedure of the UME oscillating-magnet Kibble balance and gives details of the preliminary Planck constant measurements on the trial version. The value of the Planck constant determined with this apparatus is h/h(90) = 1.000004 with a relative standard uncertainty of 6 ppm.
