Evaluation of Turkish oat landraces based on morphological and phenological traits

Description
In a two-year study, 196 Turkish oat landraces and 3 standard cultivars ('Checota', 'Faikbey' and 'Seydisehir') were evaluated for morphological traits: germination rate, stem diameter, upper inter-node length, plant height, flag leaf width, flag leaf length, single plant biomass, lodging severity and barley yellow dwarf virus, and for phenological traits: vegetative period, grain filling period and, days to maturity.
