A Review on Reconfigurable Terahertz Components Using Nano-Actuators

This paper presents a brief review on the reconfigurable terahertz components, which is an emerging area of the terahertz technology. The reconfigurability is achieved by means of nano-fabricated actuators, which not only improve the performance of the components, but also offer new possibilities. In this paper, we discuss several examples of such components including reconfigurable terahertz sources, modulators, and waveguides.
