Supplementary material for: Neither Barcodes nor Morphology Alone: A Critical Appraisal of Integrative Taxonomy in Parasitic Copepods of Fishes

Supplementary tables and figures for a book chapter on integrative taxonomy of parasitic copepods of fishes. GenBank and BOLD sequences of 30 copepod families with fish-parasitic species were inventoried by family and marker; 4,252 sequences of 385 species were counted. Sequences from publications that document the morphology of the sequenced species and can be tied to one individual (set A) were compared with all counted sequences (set B) in barcode-gap, species-delimitation and monophyly analyses. Supplementary_Tables.xlsx holds Tables S1-S8 and a contents sheet; Supplementary_Figures.xlsx holds Figure S1 and the maximum-likelihood trees. Third-party sequences, alignments and scripts are not deposited; Table S1 lists what is needed to repeat the analyses.
