Processed GC-MS Metabolomics Data for DMEM, FICZ, SR1, LPS, TNFα + IL-1β and Untreated Control Experimental Groups

This dataset contains processed extracellular GC-MS-based metabolomics data obtained from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) subjected to different experimental treatments. The experimental groups include DMEM,FICZ, SR1, LPS, TNFα + IL-1β and Untreated Control. The dataset comprises 18 samples, with three replicates per experimental group, and quantitative measurements of 55 extracellular metabolites.

The dataset reflects treatment-associated alterations in the extracellular metabolic profile of MSCs. The Excel workbook includes sample-level metabolite abundance data, group-wise comparisons, pairwise t-test results, group means, standard errors, and fold-change calculations. The file is provided in its original analyzed format to document the processed metabolomics data used for downstream statistical evaluation.
