Supplementary material for a single-centre retrospective cohort study of 1100 consecutive caesarean deliveries performed between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2025, which audited composite guideline-adherent surgical antibiotic prophylaxis and its association with 30-day CDC-NHSN surgical site infection. The deposit contains the completed STROBE checklist; the causal model on which the adjustment set was derived, in dagitty syntax, together with its node-by-node classification and path enumeration; the operational definition of documented β-lactam hypersensitivity; twelve supplementary tables reporting every model specification, the quantitative bias analyses and the missing-data and loss-to-follow-up comparisons; the directed acyclic graph as a figure; and an appendix carrying the extended Methods, Discussion and Limitations. No individual-level data are included.
