Investigation on the electromagnetic properties of the D<SUP>(∗)</SUP>Σ<sub>c</sub><SUP>(∗)</SUP> molecules

We systematically explore their electromagnetic characteristics to improve our understanding of the quark-gluon dynamics underlying the complex and controversial nature of multiquark systems. In this study, the magnetic dipole moments of D Sigma(c),DcandD & lowast;cdoubly-charmed pentaquarks are extracted, which are directly relatedto the inner organization of the relevant states. The mag-netic dipole moments of these pentaquarks are evaluatedemploying the QCD light-cone sum rules technique withisospin spin-parity I(JP)=12(12-),I(JP)=12(32-)andI(JP)=12(32-), for D Sigma(c),D Sigma(c )and D Sigma(c )doubly-charmed penta quarks, respectively. Our predictions for the magneticdipole moment mu Dc=2.98+0.76-0.54 mu Nfor theDcpen-taquark,mu D & lowast;c=1.65+0.45-0.34 mu Nfor the Dcpentaquark, and mu D & lowast;c=-3.63+0.79-0.60 mu Nfor theD & lowast;cpentaquark.Furthermore, we have also extracted the electric quadrupoleand the magnetic octupole moments of theD & lowast;candD & lowast;cdoubly-charmed pentaquarks. These values show a non-spherical charge distribution. As a by-product, the magnetic dipole moments of the isospin-32partners associated withthese doubly-charmed pentaquarks have also been deter-mined. The magnetic dipole moments are calculated as fol-lows:mu Dc=3.78+0.94-0.70 mu N,mu D & lowast;c=2.08+0.57-0.43 mu N,mu D & lowast;c=-4.59+0.99-0.76 mu Nfor the isospin-32partnersDc,D & lowast;candD & lowast;c doubly-charmed pentaquarks, respectively.We hope that our predictions of the magnetic dipole momentsof the doubly-charmed pentaquarks, in conjunction with the results of other theoretical investigations of the spectroscopic parameters and decay widths of these intriguing pentaquarks, will prove valuable in the search for these states in future experiments and in elucidating the internal structure of these pentaquarks.
