On the genus Sunius Stephens, 1829 of Türkiye X. A new species from Southeastern Anatolia and additional records (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae: Paederinae)

In this study, Sunius hakkariensis sp. nov. is described from Hakkari province, southeastern Anatolia, T & uuml;rkiye. A description of a new species is complemented with, photographs and line drawings of some morphological characters. A total of 44 species of Sunius are now known to occur in Turkey, 40 of them are distributed only in this country. For eight Sunius species known in T & uuml;rkiye, new and additional records are reported from this country as well as from Bulgaria, Czechia, Lebanon, Morocco, Russia and Spain.
