Açıklama
The increasing demand for diverse services and applications in the realm of 6G technology presents a significant challenge for Communication Service Providers (CSPs): managing commitments for Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As these agreements become increasingly vital in the context of evolving services and use cases, the transition of these SLAs to intent-driven networks emerges as a crucial step toward a fully autonomous network management paradigm. When an SLA is provided in free text, it can be highly ambiguous and complex due to the lack of standardized language and precise definitions. The use of vague terms, varying interpretations, and inconsistent phrasing can lead to different understandings of the expectations, making it difficult to extract clear service requirements. This complexity requires careful analysis and clarification to ensure all parties have a shared understanding of the agreed terms. This necessitates a deeper understanding of SLAs, accurate interpretation, and identification of service domain projections to facilitate effective translation methods. This study proposes a framework for SLA-to-Intent translation, delving into technical parameters, constraints, domain mapping, and automation processes, with a detailed case study to illustrate its practical application. By analyzing these aspects, this research aims to empower CSPs to better understand and meet the needs and expectations of their customers in the dynamic landscape of 6G networks.
