  1. ABSTRACT
    This report presents a comprehensive technical analysis of Electromagnetic Compatibility
    measurement methodologies, focusing on instrument automation and the formal validation of
    a Semi-Anechoic Chamber. The study details the development of Python-based automation
    frameworks using PyVISA and SCPI protocols to streamline complex RF characterization
    and site validation tasks. A primary objective of the research was the rigorous performance
    evaluation of the SAC through a suite of standardized tests, including Shielding
    Effectiveness (EN 50147-1), Site VSWR (sVSWR) and FSNSA (CISPR 16-1-4), and Field
    Uniformity (IEC 61000-4-3). By integrating automated Vector Network Analyzer and
    Spectrum Analyzer routines, the study demonstrates a significant reduction in measurement
    time and human error, ensuring a fully validated and efficient environment for high-precision,
    standardized RF testing.
