This report constitutes the second research report of the CULTURATI project and covers activities conducted during Months 24–36 (M24–M36), building on the first report, which documented research undertaken during Months 1–24 (M1–M24). The report summarises the key interdisciplinary research carried out within the CULTURATI project, grounded in the project’s conceptual model for assessing visitor engagement and experience, and outlines the main insights, challenges, and directions for future research.
