Wind Speed Prediction For Bilecik With Empirical Mode Decomposition, Wavelet Transform, And Machıne Learning

In this study, GPR, FFBNN models, and models established by combining these models with signal processing such as EMD and wavelet transform (WT) were used to estimate monthly average wind speed values in Bilecik meteorological observation station. The study's primary purpose is to determine the effects of wavelet transform and EMD methods on the ML model and to develop a wind speed prediction method based on historical data.
