This deliverable includes CULTURATI's Quality and Risk Management Plan as part of its Project Management. It includes project risk assessments and relevant quality-conforming processes; thus, it provides information on the plan, policies, and procedures for quality and risk management.  Therefore, it is a reference document for all partners of the project. It is a living document and should be updated throughout the project as the Project Handbook.
