Amplitude analysis and branching-fraction measurement of ${D}_{s}^{+}\to {K}_{S}^{0}{K}^{-}{\pi }^{+}{\pi }^{+}$

Description

Using $6.32\text{}\text{}{\mathrm{fb}}^{-1}$ of ${e}^{+}{e}^{-}$ collision data collected by the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energies between 4.178 and 4.226 GeV, an amplitude analysis of the ${D}_{s}^{+}\to {K}_{S}^{0}{K}^{-}{\pi }^{+}{\pi }^{+}$ decays is performed for the first time to determine the intermediate-resonant contributions. The dominant component is the ${D}_{s}^{+}\to {K}^{*}\left(892{\right)}^{+}{\overline{K}}^{*}\left(892{\right)}^{0}$ decay with a fraction of $\left(40.6±2.{9}_{\mathrm{stat}}±4.{9}_{\mathrm{sys}}\right)%$. Our results of the amplitude analysis are used to obtain a more precise measurement of the branching fraction of the ${D}_{s}^{+}\to {K}_{S}^{0}{K}^{-}{\pi }^{+}{\pi }^{+}$ decay, which is determined to be $\left(1.46±0.0{5}_{\mathrm{stat}}±0.0{5}_{\mathrm{sys}}\right)%$.
