Weighted Fair Resource Sharing Without Queuing Delay

This paper presents a new method that provides weighted fair sharing without queues and delay while outperforming traditional traffic throttling mechanisms. A mathematical description and model is presented to justify the findings and to provide better knowledge about traffic throttling characteristics. Simulation, numerical results and statistical discussion are also presented to underpin the findings especially where exact mathematical results are not or just partly available.
