RF Front End and Baseband Integration Considerations for Single Board GNSS Software Defined Receivers

Mobile IoT devices suffer from space and power limitations. Nested products are urgent for overcome these kind of issues. In this paper, as an example of nested design, design of a multi constellation single board software defined GNSS receiver is investigated. Precautions that have to be taken for hardware integration of RF, power, baseband and interface circuit blocks are explained. These taken precautions are verified by EMC and navigation performance test results.
