STRUCTURALLY RELATED GUAIANOLIDES FROM INULA THAPSOIDES
Description
The whole plant extract of Inula thapsoides afforded seven new structurally related guaianolides. The structures and stereochemistry were determined by spectroscopic methods, particularly one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy, and extensive NOE experiments.
