Customs union effect on technology management in Turkey

The paper points out the necessity of the new technology management policy after Turkey joined the Customs Union of the European Union in 1996. Therefore, the effect of Customs Union to the country's technology management and new developments in this era are examined. A macro-level technology management is subject to this study.
