PTB-UME intercomparison with 100M Omega resistors using Wheatstone bridge method

An intercomparison of 100M Omega Guildline 9330 resistance standards was carried out. The standards were first measured at UME using both an MI 6000A bridge and Wheatstone bridge voltage detection method. The resistors were then measured at PTB using an MI 6000A bridge and then again at UME. The results of these intercomparisons are presented.
