Integration of Thermal Vacuum Test Setup for Thermal Cycling Tests of Xenon Feed Unit

The purpose of this study is to integrate a thermal vacuum test setup for testing the Xenon Feed Unit (XFU) in Electric Propulsion Laboratory at TUBITAK UZAY. Thermal variations in space on satellite and its equipment may affect the operation of the system. Therefore, there is a need to simulate the space environment in order to understand the outcomes of the different conditions. Moreover, this work helps to understand the operation and the capabilities of the system, the steps of improving the functionality of the experimental setup. After the completion of the thermal vacuum chamber system, thermal vacuum tests, which is one of the requirements indicated in space standards, of the equipment on the satellite will be performed.
