Description

This work describes a new, fast and sensitive method for the simultaneous determination of seven paraben residues including methyl paraben (MPB), ethyl paraben (EPB), propyl paraben (PPB), isopropyl paraben (iPPB), butyl paraben (BPS), isobutyl paraben (iBPB) and benzyl paraben (BzPB) in human whole blood, plasma and urine. The analytes were extracted from the biological matrices by an innovative technique, fabric phase sorptive extraction (FPSE) and subsequently analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with photo diode array detector (PDA).
