New record of an unusual caligonellid (Acari: Caligonellidae) species in Turkey: Neognathus eupalopus Meyer & Ueckermann, with the description of a new species

Description
A new and a newly recorded caligonellid species, Neognathus pusillus sp. nov. and N. eupalopus Meyer & Ueckermann, are herein described and illustrated based on the adult females from Turkey. A key to the species known from Turkey is provided.
