Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar; sigara i&ccedil;meyip, i&ccedil;ilen ortamda duman\u0131na maruz kalanlar (pasif sigara i&ccedil;icileri) ile hi&ccedil; sigara i&ccedil;memi\u015f ve duman\u0131na maruz kalmam\u0131\u015f bireyler olmak &uuml;zere iki gruba ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Soru k&acirc;\u011f\u0131d\u0131 ile kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n 7 g&uuml;n boyunca 24 saatlik besin t&uuml;ketim kayd\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f; Besin &Ccedil;e\u015fitlilik Skoru (DDS), Diyet Kalite indeksi (DQI) ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yeme indeksi (HEI-2005) hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n Uluslararas\u0131 Fiziksel Aktivite Anketinin (IPAQ) k\u0131sa formu ile fiziksel aktivite d&uuml;zeyi saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Serum &ouml;rneklerinden kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n serum total antioksidan kapasitesi (TAC) ve toplam oksidan durumu (TOS) analiz edilip Oksidatif Stres \u0130ndeksi (OS\u0130) saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130statistiki verilerin hesaplanmas\u0131nda, SPSS 22.0 paket program\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Bulgular:</strong>&nbsp;Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n ya\u015f ortalamas\u0131 erkeklerde 21.7&plusmn;1.5 ve kad\u0131nlarda 20.3&plusmn;0.8 y\u0131ld\u0131r. &Ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131na g&ouml;re kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n diyetle al\u0131nan enerjinin proteinden gelen oran\u0131, PUFA (&ccedil;oklu doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asidi), A vitamini, E vitamini ve B12 vitamini d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan di\u011fer enerji ve besin &ouml;geleri gruplar aras\u0131nda istatistiksel olarak farkl\u0131 bulunmu\u015ftur (P&lt;0.05). Sigaraya maruz kalan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n enerji, protein, karbonhidrat, ya\u011f, posa gibi bir&ccedil;ok besin &ouml;gesi al\u0131mlar\u0131 kontrol grubundan d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k oldu\u011fu g&ouml;r&uuml;lm&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r. Serum TAC enzim aktiviteleri a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan gruplar aras\u0131nda anlaml\u0131 fark bulunmazken (P&gt;0.05), TOS ve OS\u0130 de\u011ferleri pasif grupta fazla bulunmu\u015ftur (P&lt;0.05).</p>\n\n<p><strong>Sonu&ccedil;:</strong>&nbsp;Hastal\u0131klar\u0131n &ouml;nlenmesi ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan, bireylerin sigara duman\u0131na maruziyetinin &ouml;nlenmesi ve fiziksel aktivite ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmenin desteklenmesiyle &ouml;nlenebilir hastal\u0131klar ba\u015fta olmak &uuml;zere &ouml;zellikle ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k d&ouml;neminde ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kabilecek hastal\u0131klardan korunmada etkili olacakt\u0131r.</p>",
