Measurement of the branching fraction for $\psi \left(3686\right)\to \omega {K}_{S}^{0}{K}_{S}^{0}$

Analyzing $\left(448.1±2.9\right)×{10}^{6}\text{}\text{}\psi \left(3686\right)$ events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, the $\psi \left(3686\right)\to \omega {K}_{S}^{0}{K}_{S}^{0}$ decay is observed for the first time. The branching fraction for this decay is determined to be ${B}_{\psi \left(3686\right)\to \omega {K}_{S}^{0}{K}_{S}^{0}}=\left(7.04±0.39±0.36\right)×{10}^{-5}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic.
